THREE Year "No-Fault" Eyeglass Warranty |
1 Year Manufacturer’s Product Defect Replacement Warranty
At the manufacturer’s discretion, we will repair or replace your frame or lens(es) one time due to any manufacturer’s defect on materials or any defects in our workmanship at NO COST for the first 12 months from the date you receive your eyewear. If your lenses have scratch coating, and you scratch your plastic lenses, we will even remake your lenses once during the first year at no charge. (Manufacturer’s defects include: structural design, hinges, welding points, and colorings. Manufacturer’s defects DO NOT include: flagrant misuse causing frame damage, scratching or tarnish; pet damage; destruction or damage by vehicle; stepping on or sitting on the frame; bending or twisting the frame; or any other damage not considered a manufacturing flaw.)
Frames damaged due to accident or abuse, and accidently scratched or chipped lenses are covered under our 3 Year "No-Fault" Product Replacement Warranty.

As a courtesy and added service to our patients, in addition to our no-cost 1 Year Manufacturer’s Product Defect Replacement Warranty above, ClearView Family EyeCare offers one of the best extended eyewear warranties in the eyecare industry today, our 3 Year "No-Fault" Extended Warranty. ClearView Family EyeCare will repair or replace broken or damaged prescription eyewear materials during the 3 year period from your original exam date of your eyeglass prescription.
